I would be interested in a pair of Keep-tBTC.
I’m part of the Keep community and expect there would be quite some interest in this. Currently Keep liquidity is fairly low but this wil increase during the stakedrop that has started and the Keep incentivized liquidity programs.
I expect the demand for Keep will grow once more nodes are being set-up and need to acquire the min Keep stake or want to increase their stake.
Having the liquidity on Sushi could bring significant additional volume for Sushi.

Pretty much the only mature project that aims to decentralise ETH 2.0 staking. Their token-free version is in public beta, and they are revamping tokenomics right now.
Expected launch is in Q1 2021 but it would be nice if they get some more publicity at the time of ETH 2.0 launch.
tBTC/WETH was great. Unprecedented BTC APY that brought a lot of attention to Sushi.
It was shame it lasted just one week. Would love to see it again.
In the same vein as Rocketpool, ANKR would be great!

SwissBorg is an established project (since 2017) with an impeccable track record and always delivering.
In a nutshell its a CEX/DEX hybrid liquidity aggregator project/system unlike any other in the space. Strong meta moat within Europe.
The alpha is that there are tons of TVL on the sidelines within the SwissBorg ecosystem, as most holders are new to DeFi or simply too conservative.
KEEP/TBTC or KEEP/ETH would be great imo
